I started ByDesign. in 2024 but have been active in the Architectural render space since 2008 where I created site massing's for commercial, residential and mixed use retail spaces for a upscale architectural firm in Bethesda MD (the industry has come a long way since then!). From there life took me into the construction industry where I started my first company. In time I started to see the value in paring my job proposals with renderings to help my clients see what their spaces would look like. I continued this effort through 2021 when I left Maryland and moved my wife and three children to North Carolina! Taking a break from the design space for a short period I've since rekindled the passion and began taking on projects again in late 2023. I have a very hands on approach and strive to deliver over and above for every project!
