As a small, locally owned company in North Carolina, we’re able to give each project the personalized attention it deserves, setting us apart from the competition.
Our Design Process
As a small, home studio, I have to operate a bit differently—my core work hours are in the evenings and weekends because I currently have a full-time job during the day. My schedule still allows me to focus fully on each project without distractions. During the day, I'm available via email to communicate and keep things moving smoothly. While my hours may be unconventional, my primary goal is always to exceed expectations, whether it’s with timely deliveries, staying on budget, or ensuring clear, consistent communication. I truly love what I do, and I want that passion shows in every project I complete.
Our Process:

The scope of work is determined during our first communication.

If the project is a good fit for both parties, this will be the first exchange of relevant project information—plans, drawings, photos, etc.

With this information, pricing and terms can be established.

If the project moves forward, a 50% deposit is required to begin work.

An initial draft will be sent, including one round of major revisions and two rounds of smaller edits to fine-tune the renders. (I take this part personally—while I set clear boundaries to keep a project on track, I always strive to ensure my clients are happy with the final product and will do everything I can to achieve that.)

Once the renders are satisfactory and the client is happy, the remaining balance is due. Upon payment, high-resolution renders will be released, and any watermarks will be removed.
