Commissioned to develop a detailed 3D model, this project focused on identifying potential clashes within the foundation, framing, and MEP systems before construction began. By integrating engineering foundation and framing plans with the architect’s design, the model revealed multiple conflicts between design intent and real-world constructability. The outcome was a coordinated, constructable set of drawings and a comprehensive 3D model, providing all vendors with a reliable reference throughout the build process. Revit 2026 and AutoCAD 2026
